Promotional Marketing Consulting Services
PromoStaffers provides advice on marketing strategy and the management and execution of field marketing campaigns. Our team takes great pride in our ability to plan and schedule marketing programs, identify the skills and resources needed to deliver and manage programs to completion on time and within budget. PromoStaffers program managers work closely with our Director, who liaise with clients, although in field operations our program managers will converse and interact directly with clients as needed.
Program Planning and Development
Market Management / PromoStaffers discusses strategies with clients and recommends a variety of programs including advertising campaigns, direct marketing programs, distributor training programs and digital marketing campaigns. Our Program managers will manage the practical aspects of the program delivery. When we have agreed to the strategy, the team including program managers will prepare a schedule and budget for all elements of the program.

Resources
A marketing program requires a number of different skills. PromoStaffers will identify the most suitable members of the team to work on a program based on their skills, experience and workload. A direct marketing campaign, for example, requires creative, copy writing and database management. If these skills are not available or if the team is busy on other programs, PromoStaffers has a long standing history in identifying external suppliers to fill the gap.
Schedules
The project manager liaises with other members of the consultancy and external suppliers to agree on lead times for each stage of the project. For an advertising campaign, for example, the project manager allocates time for the development of creative proposals, copy writing, photography or illustration and the production of artwork. The project manager also ensures that the finished advertisement can be completed by the date required for publication. The schedule includes key dates for completion of each stage together with an allowance for any changes following review by the client. The project manager monitors progress against critical dates and makes any adjustments to keep the project on track.'

Budget
Each marketing program has a budget covering internal and external costs. The PromoStaffers prepares estimates using input from the internal team and external team and vendor suppliers and provides a budget estimate to the client for approval. As the project progresses, the PromoStaffers monitors costs at each stage to ensure that the final cost falls within the agreed budget. Internal costs are generally based on time, and our program management team uses time sheets or equivalent software to collect and monitor team member time spent on each element of the program.
